Work with AI Tool Square

AI Tool Square reviews AI tools by what they help you get done. If you build one, there are three ways to get it in front of our readers. Whichever you choose, we test the tool ourselves and write what we find.

What we offer

  • Sponsored review. A hands-on review of your tool, about 2,000 words with our own screenshots, labelled “Sponsored” and shared on our social channels.
  • Placement in an existing article. A short, labelled section about your tool in a relevant comparison or “best tools” article we have already published.
  • Free submission. We read every submission. If the tool fits our readers, we may cover it on our own schedule, with no promise of coverage or timing.

Email us for current rates. The price we quote is the price you pay, with no extra fees.

How it works

  1. Email info@aitoolsquare.com with your tool’s name, website, pricing and what it does best.
  2. We reply within two working days, tell you whether it is a fit and send our rates.
  3. You give us a free account with full access to the features we will review.
  4. We test the tool and write the article. Before publication you see the draft to check facts such as prices, limits and feature names.
  5. We send an invoice, you pay it online by card or bank transfer, and we publish.

Our rules

  • We write what we find. Paying for a review buys our time and attention, not a verdict. You can correct facts in the draft; you cannot change our opinion. If the tool does not work as described, we tell you before publishing and you can withdraw.
  • Sponsored content is labelled. Every paid article or section says “Sponsored” at the top, and its links to your site carry rel="sponsored", as search engines require.
  • We do not sell links. We do not accept guest posts, link insertions in old articles or “do-follow” link deals.
  • Some tools we do not cover: adult content, deepfakes or face swapping without consent, gambling, tools for getting around AI detection or plagiarism checks, and anything that copies another company’s brand.
